Henry obtained his Master’s Degree in Social Science in Counselling from the University of Hong Kong.

He was a servant leader for more than 15 years, serving communities of diverse cultures in Hong Kong. He has been actively involved in social work for families, ethnic minority groups, and migrants in Hong Kong. He works with clients with different psychological issues such as depression, anxiety disorders, family and marital issues, trauma, etc. He uses family therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Solution Focused approach to achieve the psychological and spiritual growth of his client.
