At our counselling centre, we offer premarital counselling services that are designed to help soon-to-be spouses contemplate the meaning of marriage, understand life after marriage, and enhance communication between partners.

PREPARE/ENRICH Assessment Tool

One of the tools we utilize in premarital counseling is the PREPARE/ENRICH Assessment. Our certified counselors are trained facilitators of this assessment, which is specifically designed for couples. The assessment helps identify the unique strengths and potential growth areas within the relationship.

The assessment evaluates a couple’s relationship from 11 key dimensions, including expectations of marriage, personality differences, communication, conflict resolution, financial management, leisure activities, sexual expectations and satisfaction, parenting views, relationships with family and friends, family roles, and religious beliefs.
