Rachel graduated with a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from the Olivet Nazarene University in the United States, teaching Focusing, interpersonal relationships, communication skills and personal growth to people of all walks of life.

Thanks to her many years of counseling experience, she is able to help people to understand and manage their emotions and comprehend their inner self through group therapy. During her years of volunteering, she learned how counseling can help people in various ways, including depression, anxiety, parenting issues, drug abuse and marital difficulties. This motivates her to thrive for her passion to help people in need.

Moreover, her extensive background in the corporate field helped her understand the needs of different types of people, going from children to adults and elderly, regardless of their background. Rachel also intensively studied Somatic Experiencing®, Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) and Children Focusing. These courses also contributed to her understanding of the needs and core issues of different people.
