Aruna has a Master in Psychology from University of Indore, India. Aruna became an accredited Counsellor in 1991 with Marriage & Personal Counselling Service and has worked with ReSource The Counselling Centre ever since.

Aruna has been working in the counselling field for more than 30 years. 

She provides individual, couple and family therapy. Her areas of specialization are emotional and personal growth issues, marital issues, depression, fears, as well as family and sexual issues including rape.
