Wai holds a Master of Social Sciences in Counselling degree from City University of Hong Kong. He is also a member of the Hong Kong Professional Counselling Association (HKPCA) and certified forest therapy guide of Association of Nature and Forest Therapy Guides and Programs (ANFT).

He has received extensive training in Satir Model, Mindfulness, Himalayan Singing Bowl Healing, Nonviolent Communication, Internal Family System, etc. Wai works with clients in the areas of personal growth, emotions, trauma, sex and gender, relationship, and family issues.
